Lumira is developed and operated by Chengdu Beat Forge Technology Co., Ltd. This policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope and principles

We process personal data lawfully, fairly and only to the extent necessary to provide the service. Where consent is required, we request it in the relevant feature or system flow.

2. Camera, photos and on-device analysis

Camera frames, body-pose landmarks, framing analysis and captured photos are processed locally on your iPhone. We do not upload or store them. Camera and photo-library access is requested only when you use the related feature.

3. Account, service and product-interaction data

When you use Sign in with Apple, we process the Apple user identifier needed to create your account. We also process subscription status, daily usage, idempotency identifiers and minimal diagnostics required for account, entitlement and reliability functions.

When product analytics is enabled in an applicable app version, events are sent only after Sign in with Apple and are linked to your account. They cover camera entry and source, person-detection latency range, countdown start or cancellation, automatic or manual photo saving, score range, selected pose category, free-allowance limit reached, and the completed-purchase product identifier.

These events never contain photos, camera frames, body-pose landmarks, your local shooting profile, free text or an advertising identifier. Your shooting profile, including height and styling preferences, stays on the device.

4. Purposes and legal basis

We use account and service data to authenticate accounts, verify subscriptions, enforce the free allowance, prevent duplicate records, restore service, diagnose failures and meet legal obligations.

We use product-interaction events only for analytics: measuring the logged-in product funnel, evaluating feature effectiveness and reliability, and planning improvements. We do not use this data for advertising, marketing, product personalization or tracking, and we do not sell it or share it with data brokers. Camera content is never used for advertising or model training.

5. Apple and infrastructure providers

Apple processes sign-in, App Store payments, subscriptions and refunds under its own terms. Our cloud infrastructure provider hosts the minimum account, service and product-analytics records described above. We do not receive payment-card details.

6. International processing

The service infrastructure may be located outside your country or region. We use reasonable contractual, organizational and technical safeguards required by applicable law. Photos and pose-analysis data remain on your device.

7. Retention and security

Account, service and product-interaction records are kept only while needed for the stated purposes or legal obligations, or until the related account is deleted. We use access controls, encrypted transport and operational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or information about processing by contacting us. Use Profile → Account & Data → Export My Data to export local and, when signed in, server records as JSON. You can revoke camera or photo access in iOS Settings.

9. Account deletion

Use Profile → Account & Data → Delete Account in the app. After Apple re-authentication, the account and related server records, including product-interaction events, are deleted. This does not cancel an App Store subscription or delete photos saved in the system library.

10. Children

Lumira is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided account data without valid authorization, contact us.

11. Updates and contact
